Once you have completed your order and processed it via the Checkout screen, the site will automatically create and send you an email confirming your order details. This includes: Order number, Invoice number, VAT number and full order details.

Are VAT and delivery included in the price I see on screen?

Once you have selected your products and moved to the Checkout screen, the site will automatically update your order details with any additional items such as VAT and delivery charges. Order up to the value of £150.00 are charged at £6.95 delivery. Any orders over £150.00 are delivered Free Of Charge. Guide to the Search and Menu facilities

Select your products by using the Search box in the centre of the navigation bar on the Homrepage. Type in either your product number, model number or part number and press Go.
Alternatively, use the drop down search box on the left hand side. To use this facility enter your product type (i.e. photocopier), followed by your manufacturer (i.e. Canon), finally select your model number. All available products for this model will be displayed in the centre of the page.
