No. Providing the goods are being sent ot a business address, they can be sent to your selected location. If you have any queries regarding orders to residentila addresses other than the card holderrs address please contact us at: sales@tonermonkey.co.uk

| Can you ship to an international location? |

| No. All deliveries are to UK mainland only. (deliveries are NOT available to Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland) |

| How much is delivery, and when will my goods arrive? |

| Standard delivery for all orders up to the value of £150 is £6.95. All orders totalling over £150 are delivered Free of Charge. |
| Next day delivery is available (Mon-Fri deliveries only) - please email us directly or phone if you require a Next Day before 9am service in order for this to be arranged. The cut off for Next Day delivery is 4.00pm on the previous working day. |

| Please note: Next Day Delivery is only available for delivery Monday to Friday during normal working hours (Orders placed on a Friday requiring next Day delivery, will be shipped and will arrive with you on the following Monday) |

All orders will usually arrive by 12 midday. Next day pre-9am delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Please see Next Day delivery terms above for more details.
